SOUTH AFRICA – Major rival Heineken on Wednesday hit SABMiller and Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) with a slew of conditions it wants the Competition Tribunal to impose on the $108bn merger.

NIGERIA – The Flour Millers Association of Nigeria (FMAN) and Wheat Farmers Association of Nigeria (WFAN) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on measures to boost wheat production in the country.
