Brenntag Canada partners BI Nutraceuticals to expand ingredients portfolio

CANADA – The American food ingredients supplier, BI Nutraceuticals (BI) has partnered with Brenntag Canada Inc, a leading chemical distribution company as it looks to strengthen its portfolio in Canada.

According to the companies, the partnership, set to be effective starting March 1, 2019 will allow Brenntag to widen its portfolio to include ingredients that are healthier, natural and on-trend.

Joining hands with BI Nutraceuticals, which specializes in plant-based ingredients, strengthens Brenntag’s capabilities in chemical distribution.

“Brenntag has long been recognized for supporting suppliers to the Canadian marketplace,” said BI’s Vice President of Marketing, Randy Kreienbrink.

“Their sales and marketing team provide technical support and extensive market knowledge to a wide range of major markets, including food and beverage, health and wellness and personal care.”
