EUROPE – Azelis, leading specialty ingredients supplier has announced that it has expanded its distribution agreement with CP Kelco to serve the food and beverage industry in the Nordic region.

With the deal which becomes effective 23 June 2019, Azelis becomes the exclusive distributor of CP Kelco products for customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

It further strengthens existing partnership between Azelis and CP Kelco in parts of Europe and Asia, and includes distribution of pectin, carrageenan, gellan gum and SIMPLESSE® micro-particulated whey protein concentrate.

CP Kelco will leverage on Azelis’ strong technical expertise, proven track record of growth, innovation focus and good onboarding track record, serving the global food and drinks market.

As a long-term distribution partner of CP Kelco in parts of Europe and Asia, Azelis has demonstrated a steady organic growth, stimulated by its strong formulation expertise.

According to Azelis, the newly announced agreement with CP Kelco is in line with Azelis’ strategic ambition to expand existing partnerships into new territories.
