POLAND – Speciality chemicals and food ingredients supplier, Azelis has agreed to extend its distribution agreement with Kerry Group, a producer of taste and nutrition solutions serving the food, beverage and pharma industries in Poland
Under the agreement, Azelis will distribute Kerry’s solutions for meat, ready meals and plant-based food processors on the Polish market, further building on the existing global partnership between the two companies.
As Kerry’s new distribution partner in Poland, the new mandate is an extension of the existing distribution agreements that the two companies have in Europe and the Americas.
As a long-term distribution partner of Kerry Group in Europe and the Americas, Azelis claims that it has demonstrated steady organic growth, stimulated by its strong formulation expertise, innovation capabilities as well as their extensive product knowledge and experience.
Azelis said that this partnership allows the company to further expand its footprint in the meat, ready meals and plant-based food market in general and the Polish food and health market specifically.

The company has also acquired Megafarma, a Mexican specialty distributor for food and pharma industries as well as Lebanon headquartered food ingredients distributor Orkila.
