BELGUIM – Azelis has agreed to expand its partnership with Roquette, a global leader in plant-based ingredients for food, nutrition and health markets, into new territories.

Azelis will now be distributing Roquette’s complete food range in Indonesia and its pea ingredients in Vietnam.

The food ingredients supplier said that the deal will further reinforce the company’s position as key player in the food and nutrition industry and its commitment to support the markets in Asia Pacific in general.

This new mandate builds upon the existing partnership between Azelis and Roquette in EMEA.

The partnership leverages Roquette’s food range comprising of high-quality plant-based ingredients and vegetal proteins, which can be used in a wide variety of food applications, and Azelis’ expertise and innovation focus.

Azelis claims that its strong market presence, technical expertise and high focus on sustainability and innovation have proven to be a perfect match with Roquette’s vision and now continues to grow across regional borders.
