Baileys expands portfolio with non-dairy oat milk liqueur in coffee toffee and cookies & creamy flavors

UK – Baileys, a brand under Diageo plc, has introduced Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk as a permanent addition to its portfolio.

This expansion caters to the growing demand for plant-based alternatives while maintaining the brand’s signature indulgence.

Available in two flavors—Coffee Toffee and Cookies & Creamy—the new liqueurs blend smooth Irish whiskey with oat milk, offering a luxurious twist on the classic Baileys experience.

Baileys Coffee Toffee Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur combines oat milk with rich coffee and caramel notes, while Baileys Cookies & Creamy features oat milk infused with vanilla and chocolate cookie flavors.

According to the company, these liqueurs are best enjoyed in hot or iced coffee, as part of an elevated cocktail, or served on their own.

“Coffee can be so much more than just a part of your basic morning routine. With Baileys Non-Dairy Liqueur Made with Oat Milk, we wanted to bring the flavor and something extra special to turn even the simplest of moments into memorable experiences,” said Milly Shome, director of Baileys & Liqueurs at Diageo North America.

Oat milk has gained traction as one of the most popular plant-based creamers alongside almond milk.

According to Mordor Intelligence, the global oat milk market was valued at US$3.2 billion and is projected to reach US$6.1 billion by 2030, representing an annual growth rate of nearly 14%.

“This innovation marks an exciting new chapter for us. Whether you go dairy-free or just enjoy how it tastes, oat milk elevates those treating moments we all love. We saw it as the perfect match for the lively, social spirit of Baileys, creating a whole new way to enjoy your coffee,” Shome added.

Each 750-milliliter bottle of the new Baileys Non-Dairy Oat Milk Liqueur contains 17% alcohol by volume.

Baileys, first introduced in 1974, remains one of the most popular alcoholic beverages in the U.S., with sales reaching nearly US$1.1 billion in 2024, according to Statista.

Diageo’s CEO Debra Crew highlighted in the company’s financial report that Baileys continues to expand its market share in the liqueurs category.

This is not Baileys’ first venture into plant-based products. In 2017, the brand introduced Baileys Almande, a vegan liqueur made with almond milk.
