Bansk Group acquires No Man’s Land Foods expanding presence in premium meat snacks sector

USA – Bansk Group, a consumer-focused private investment firm, has successfully acquired No Man’s Land Foods LLC, a prominent player in the premium meat snacks industry with the terms of the transaction, including financial details, remain undisclosed.

No Man’s Land, headquartered in Enid, Oklahoma, is renowned for its high-quality beef jerky and meat sticks, catering primarily to the convenience channel.

Founded in 1997, No Man’s Land attributes much of its success to its proprietary in-house dehydration process, which imparts a distinctive texture and flavor profile to its products.

The company’s offerings align with the growing consumer demand for high-quality, high-protein snack options.

Brian O’Connor, Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Bansk Group, expressed confidence in the potential for No Man’s Land to expand into new distribution channels and geographic markets.

He emphasized the opportunity to introduce the brand’s beloved products to a broader consumer base across the country.

No Man’s Land will continue to operate under its existing leadership, with Chief Executive Officer Pete Dillingham, President Clint Beagley, and the current leadership team steering the company forward.

The acquisition marks Bansk Group’s second foray into the food and beverage sector, following its initial investment in Red’s All Natural, a clean-label frozen burritos and breakfast sandwiches brand, in January 2023.

Dillingham expressed enthusiasm about the partnership with Bansk, citing the investment firm’s unmatched expertise in building consumer businesses.

“We look forward to leveraging Bansk’s extensive operational and brand-building experience to propel the company into its next phase of growth.”

As consumers increasingly seek premium and protein-rich snack options, this strategic acquisition positions Bansk Group to capitalize on the growing demand in the meat snacks market.

The collaboration between Bansk Group and No Man’s Land is anticipated to drive innovation, expansion, and enhanced market presence for the premium meat snacks provider.
