TANZANIA- Ride-hailing and delivery platform Bolt has launched a rewards initiative that strives to acknowledge the delivery and ride-hailing experiences its driver partners offer customers.
Dimmy Kanyankole, Bolt Tanzania’s General Manager, revealed the ‘Bolt Rewards’ initiative will incentivize and honor its driver community through a tiered reward system.
All driver and ride partners, whetehr in the ride-hailing or delivery wing of the platform will be automatically enrolled into the initiative. The rewards will be based on accumulated points over the course of a month.
The four tiers of rewards are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The rewards and in-app discounts are expected to help driver partners manage unexpected costs like repairs and manager their operating costs.
Kanyankole said, “With Bolt Rewards, we aim to acknowledge and incentivize the drivers in our platforms who consistently deliver top-notch services to customers. This initiative highlights our commitment to enhancing the App and appreciating our driver partner community.”
