US – Brown-Forman has expanded its Hard Tea portfolio with the nationwide launch of Jack Daniel’s Country Hard Tea Cocktails in the U.S.

Following a successful test run earlier this year in 13 markets, the ready-to-drink (RTD) canned cocktails are now available across the country.

The drinks feature a blend of Tennessee whiskey, black tea, and fruit flavors.

The new range includes four flavors: Original, Peach, Raspberry, and Blackberry.

Available in 12-fluid-ounce (340ml) cans with 5% ABV, the cocktails can be purchased individually or in 12-can variety packs that feature all four flavors.

The Original and Peach flavors are also offered in larger 16-fluid-ounce (475ml) and 23.5-fluid-ounce (695ml) single-serve cans.

In addition to the Hard Tea launch, Jack Daniel’s expanded its RTD range earlier this month by introducing a limited-edition Jack & Coca-Cola Cherry canned cocktail, available at 7 percent ABV.

This new variant follows the initial Jack & Coke collaboration, which began in June 2022 and saw strong sales in 2023 with 1.57 million 9L cases sold.

Despite these new offerings, Brown-Forman has faced financial challenges.

In its first fiscal quarter of 2025, the company’s revenue dropped 8 percent to US$1 billion, with operating income falling 13 percent organically to US$281 million.

RTD sales also declined, with the Jack Daniel’s RTD portfolio down 2 percent, partly due to changes in the business model for Country Cocktails RTDs.
