USA – Bunge Limited, the American agribusiness and food company has appointed Mark Zenuk, former managing partner of Tillridge Global Agribusiness Partners to its Board of Directors effective July 17.

Prior to his appointment at Tillridge in 2016, Zenuk was managing director at NGP Energy Capital Management, where he led NGP’s agribusiness investment platform from 2010 to then.

He also served in several domestic and international executive leadership roles with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), having most recently led ADM’s oilseed business unit.

Zenuk who has a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Saskatchewan, joined ADM in 1999.

At the Commodity Marketing Group, he served as general manager for the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and Marketing Manager for the Canadian Wheat Board.

His appointment comes even as Bunge looks to expand its operations in Mexico with a new 400-tonne-per-day whkeat mill in Del Mayab.

Zenuk is the latest person to join Bunge’s Board of Directors after Vinita Bali who was appointed in January this year.

Bunge said Bali brought directly relevant experience to its board after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Britannia Industries.
