USA – The Coca-Cola Company has unveiled Coca-Cola Lens, an innovative insights platform geared towards empowering operators in the food service and retail industries to make informed, data-driven decisions.  

With a focus on growth, Coca-Cola Lens promises to provide actionable insights that anticipate consumer preferences, aiding businesses in navigating the evolving economic landscape. 

Dagmar Boggs, head of food service at Coca-Cola North America, emphasized the company’s commitment to driving growth with its partners. She stated, “With the launch of Coca-Cola Lens, we’re taking that commitment to the next level.”  

Boggs highlighted the platform’s ability to provide partners with self-serve actionable insights precisely when needed, enabling them to navigate challenges with confidence and agility. 

Coca-Cola Lens leverages proprietary tools, data, and insights from secondary and third-party sources to offer a user-friendly website experience.  

Accessible to all at Coca-ColaLens.com, the platform delves into consumer behavior nuances and provides a comprehensive view of trends and context. It offers 16 unique thought leadership stories covering a wide range of topics, with new content released quarterly. 

Pamela Stewart, chief customer officer for retail at Coca-Cola North America, emphasized the platform’s role in creating value beyond beverages and serving as thought partners and consultants to customers.  

She stated, “Together, we will navigate this dynamic landscape, leveraging data and tools to drive our business strategies forward and accelerate growth.” 

The official debut of Coca-Cola Lens will coincide with the 2024 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, where attendees can learn about the platform during an education session titled “Data and Dining: Feeding Growth with Actionable Insights.” 

Coca-Cola names President of The Coca-Cola Foundation 

In addition to launching Coca-Cola Lens, the company announced the appointment of Carlos Pagoaga as Vice President of Global Community Affairs and President of The Coca-Cola Foundation.  

Pagoaga, a 34-year veteran of the company, will succeed Saadia Madsbjerg and oversee Foundation operations, including grant making, financial requirements, and regulatory compliance for domestic and international philanthropy. 

Bea Perez, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships Officer at The Coca-Cola Company, said: “Carlos has tremendous global experience with the company and will bring a wealth of insights to his expanded role as leader of The Coca‑Cola Foundation.”  

Pagoaga’s appointment is subject to formal election by the Foundation board, chaired by Perez.
