Kraft Heinz strengthens portfolio with launch of new line of condiments

USA – American multinational food company, Kraft Heinz, with more than  200 iconic brands, has announced the launch of a new line of condiments, Flavour Tour.

As reported by the company, the sauces are inspired by flavours from around the world, including Mexican-inspired street corn, Korean-inspired sweet and tangy BBQ and Thai-inspired sweet chilli.

The Mexican-inspired street corn combines chipotle, lime and corn to create a creamy, smoky flavour.

The Korean-inspired sweet and tangy BBQ offers a rich, bold punch, blending gochujang, doenjang and soy sauce for a kick.

Meanwhile, the Thai-inspired sweet chili sauce, with its balance of spiciness and sweetness, combines ginger, sriracha, and sesame oil to deliver a tangy taste.

Angie Madigan, VP of taste elevation marketing at the Kraft Heinz Company, said: “Americans are hungry for condiments that offer globally inspired flavour and versatility at an accessible price point and we saw an opportunity for Heinz to inspire new ways for people to enjoy their favourite foods.”

New appointment

The new products come shortly after the company named Marcel Regis President of its West and East emerging markets.

Regis will be based in Brazil and oversee operations across Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, a region recently established as part of the company’s business structure in 2024.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Regis served as Chief Operating Officer at Loft, a technology firm in Latin America, where he worked from July 2022.
