Hershey Company appoints Tiffany Menyhart as Chief Customer Officer

USA – Snacking giant Hershey has appointed Tiffany Menyhart as Chief Customer Officer to lead the company’s Confection sales team by advancing the vision of becoming a leading snacking powerhouse.

The company stated that with 30 years of sales and CPG experience, including 15 years in confection, she would lead Hershey’s USA Confection sales team.

Joining from Kraft Heinz, Menyhart has a proven record of driving profitable growth, creating transformational change and elevating relationships with retail partners.

Menyhart said, “For more than two decades, I’ve admired Hershey’s best-in-class commercial team and its pioneering leadership in category excellence . I’m excited to return to confection, represent iconic brands with a talented team and lead category growth while delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and consumers.”

Menyhart holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Recognised as a woman of Influence in the Food Industry, she is known for building strong teams, leading through change and promoting career development. She currently serves on the FMI Foundation Board.

Andrew Archambault, President of USA Confection at The Hershey Company, expressed confidence in Tiffany’s leadership, emphasising her extensive experience in the confection and snacking industries.

He noted that her customer-focused approach would guide the commercial organisation’s growth and help achieve its 2025 goals.

The appointment comes after CEO Michele Buck decided to step down. The confectionery giant is grappling with rising cocoa prices and a slowdown in consumer demand.

Cocoa prices have tripled since 2024 due to crop losses in the Ivory Coast and Ghana, driven by adverse weather, bean disease, and labor shifts to illegal gold mining.

Andrew Archambault, a seasoned executive with experience at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), became President of USA Confection on February 3, 2025.

Archambault will oversee iconic brands such as Hershey’s, Reese’s, and Jolly Rancher. Before joining Hershey, he was president of USA refreshment beverages at KDP and held leadership positions at The Nature’s Bounty Co., Bacardi USA, and The Coca-Cola Co.

Andrew is a proven executive who has transformed complex consumer brand portfolios through his deep commercial expertise and customer-centric approach,” said Hershey’s President and CEO Michele Buck.
