Impossible Foods introduces Impossible Beef Sliders

Impossible Foods is expanding its product lineup with new Impossible Beef Sliders, a mini-sized alternative to its flagship burger.

USA – Impossible Foods is adding a new product to its portfolio with the launch of Impossible Beef Sliders, a bite-sized version of its plant-based burger.

The new sliders aim to provide consumers with the same taste and texture as the original Impossible Burger but in a smaller, more convenient format.

Each slider contains 19 grams of protein per serving, no cholesterol, and 33% less saturated fat than traditional beef.

They are designed for easy preparation, whether on a skillet or a grill, making them suitable for both quick meals and larger gatherings.

Impossible Foods says this addition aligns with its goal of offering plant-based alternatives that fit into fast-paced lifestyles.

This launch follows the company’s recent introduction of Impossible Steak Bites, which debuted at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim a few weeks ago.

Impossible Steak Bites are pre-cooked, seasoned, and developed to replicate the texture and taste of conventional beef.

Each serving provides 21 grams of protein, along with fiber, iron, and B vitamins, while containing no cholesterol and 80% less saturated fat than traditional steak.

According to Peter McGuinness, President and CEO of Impossible Foods, the steak bites deliver a meat-like eating experience while being a healthier option compared to animal-based steak.

The company, known for its plant-based beef, chicken, and pork products, has spent nearly 15 years developing meat substitutes that closely resemble real meat.

Impossible Steak Bites feature a tender texture that mimics the muscle structure of steak, making them suitable for various dishes such as stir-fries, tacos, and breakfast plates.

Like other products from Impossible Foods, the steak bites are positioned as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional meat.

The company states that producing the steak bites requires 94% less water, 94% less land, and results in 93% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than traditional steak production.

Impossible Foods’ products are available in several major markets, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Impossible Steak Bites are gradually becoming available in grocery stores across the US, with restaurant distribution expected in the near future.
