USA – Impossible Foods, a plant based food leader, is rolling out three new ready-to-cook products aimed at making family meals easier.
These include plant-based nuggets, meal kits, and corn dogs, which will be available in grocery stores in the coming weeks.
The Lion King Chicken Nuggets build on an existing collaboration with Disney, while the Meal Makers line introduces the flagship Impossible Beef with two seasoned options: Taco and Italian Style.
The corn dogs feature the company’s Impossible Beef Hot Dog, wrapped in a cornmeal coating.
These launches are part of the company’s strategy to make plant-based meals more accessible to families.
Retail has become a key area of focus for Impossible Foods, as it looks to increase the availability of its products.
In August, the company opened its first physical retail location, Impossible Quality Meats, in Chicago’s XMarket Food Hall.
This new store aims to showcase the versatility and quality of plant-based products, reinforcing the message that plant-based alternatives do not compromise on taste or texture.
Located in the XMarket Food Hall near Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood, the outlet serves as a nod to Impossible Foods’ roots in the foodservice sector, where it first gained prominence through partnerships with chains like Burger King, White Castle, and Starbucks.
The temporary restaurant features a menu highlighting the company’s plant-based beef, chicken, and pork products.
Menu items include a Breakfast Sausage Sandwich, a Chicago-Style Hot Dog, and a Grilled Chicken Caesar, which can be ordered as either a salad or a wrap.
A plant-based dessert developed in collaboration with Oatly is also available.
This folows yet another recent new product unveiling.
