KENYA – Leading weighing and inspections solutions provider Ishida Europe has strengthened its sales and service support in East Africa with the appointment of Allwin Packaging International as its agent for the region.
Based in Nairobi, Kenya, Allwin Packaging International was established in 2005 and is today the largest supplier of packaging machines in East and Central Africa, with comprehensive after-sales service and support for all installed equipment.

Allwin anticipates particular demand for products including chips, nuts, seeds, cereals, rice, pulses, pasta and sugar will drive demand for Ishida’s products.
It will also be exploring opportunities in the pre-packed fresh produce, meat and poultry markets, fast growing industries for retail packaging in the region.
