Jim Beam introduces Pineapple, its first flavored release in four years, blending Kentucky bourbon with tropical sweetness for refreshing cocktails.

USA – Suntory Global Spirits-owned Jim Beam has expanded its flavored whiskey lineup with the introduction of Jim Beam Pineapple.
The latest release combines the sweetness of pineapple with the smooth oak and caramel notes of Kentucky straight bourbon.
The new variant joins an existing range of flavored expressions, including Apple, Peach, Honey, Vanilla, Fire, and Red Stag. It marks Jim Beam’s first flavored spirit launch in four years.
“As a brand rooted in Kentucky tradition, we love putting fresh spins on our brands—and Jim Beam Pineapple does exactly that,” said Freddie Noe, eighth-generation master distiller.
“This new flavor reflects the bold, vibrant spirit of today’s South. It is a celebration of flavor and community, made to be enjoyed with family and friends this summer season.”
Jim Beam Pineapple (32.5% ABV) is now available in the US for US$19.99 per 750ml bottle.
The brand suggests incorporating it into cocktails like the Pineapple Lemon Lime Soda or the Pica y Piña, which blends the new whiskey with lime juice, simple syrup, and jalapeños.
Flavored spirits remain a popular category, with brands continuing to innovate through unique flavor profiles and occasion-based pairings.
Earlier this month, Captain Morgan introduced Sweet Chili Lime rum (35% ABV), designed for both chilled shots and cocktails.
Meanwhile, Suntory Global Spirits recently restructured its UK operations, appointing Nick Temperley to lead the newly formed Suntory Global Spirits UK.
The company will take direct control of sales, marketing, and distribution for brands including Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Hibiki, and Laphroaig.
The transition, initially announced in March 2024, follows the end of the Beam Suntory partnership with Edrington UK on January 31, 2025.
Suntory Global Spirits aims to strengthen its UK presence by expanding its workforce and establishing a central London head office with additional teams in Scotland and key locations across the country.
