Kerry to showcase interactive culinary exhibits at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024

UAE – Kerry Group, a global leader in taste and nutrition solutions, is preparing to host approximately 50,000 visitors at this year’s Gulfood Manufacturing, taking place November 5-7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Attendees can visit Kerry’s showcase at booth A7-4 in Hall 7, where the company will present its latest innovations bridging foodservice and consumer products.

Kerry’s focus at the event will be on demonstrating how dining experiences from restaurants and quick-service brands translate to retail and home kitchens through new concepts spanning bakery, snack, meat, and beverage categories.

Inanc Isik, General Manager for Retail in Kerry’s Middle East division, explained the goal behind Kerry’s exhibit: “ For Gulfood Manufacturing, we have designed an interactive booth to guide customers on a journey through consumer trends—starting from fine dining and independents to supermarket shelves. Kerry aims to inspire brands and manufacturers with new product ideas that will engage consumers and support a smarter, more sustainable food industry.”

According to the company, their booth will feature a multisensory virtual reality (VR) experience, offering visitors a tour through various culinary settings, from fine dining and quick-service restaurants to grocery aisles.

Attendees will conclude this VR journey by sampling a selection of novel food and beverage concepts.

Visitors can also engage in interactive concept creation with Kerry’s proprietary Taste Charts, guided by Kerry’s chefs and baristas.

Guests will be able to craft their own virtual food and beverage combinations and leave with a photo of their personalized creation.

Kerry’s Taste Charts are developed through data insights from its Trendspotter tool and involve comprehensive tracking of global menu trends, ingredient launches, social media trends, and chef-driven recipes.

This comes as Kerry continues to impress in performance and growth.
