Mane accelerates vegetable juice development partnership with Agrival in France

FRANCE – Flavors and fragrances company, Mane is accelerating its partnership with Agrival, a specialist in the development of natural ingredients from vegetables in France.

The companies are expanding their capabilities in vegetable processing at the production plant in Brittany, France.

The facility is located at the center of the vegetable growing area to minimize the transport time from the field, to preserve the freshness of the juices and meeting the growing social and environmental expectations of manufacturers and consumers.

Mane has also introduced concentrated tomato juice to the range of vegetable juices produced in Brittany.

According to Mane, the tomatoes which make the juice are grown under an integrated pest management system, meeting strict and entirely transparent specifications.

The company has a range of concentrated juice in liquid and powder form which includes boiled and sautéed profiles to best meet the demand from manufacturers for high quality, consistent and easy to use products.

The flavor company will use the IFFA platform, the meat industry event happening in May 4-9, 2019 to showcase its meat capabilities on a global stage.

By addressing the requirements of the meat industry in a culinary way, Mane will share its expertise in creating the finest aromatic ingredients and tailor-made functional solutions for meat businesses.

Mane offers a wide portfolio including the Pure Capture range involving a variety of natural proprietary extracts, flavors and flavor blends which allow the formulation of high-performing flavor profiles in accordance with stringent regulatory and economic requirements.

The Sense Capture line provides concrete remedies to sensory challenges such as achieving a natural umami taste, reducing salt or replacing yeast.

Mane last year launched a new generation of concentrated vegetable juices in Agrival as a key partner to source qualitative vegetables.

Recently, Mane partnered with India’s Akbar Brothers, one of the largest traders of tea in the world to provide high end tea and coffee extracts.
