USA – Monogram Foods, a popular American meat snacks company, has announced the addition of Jessica Reese to its executive team.
Reese steps into the role of senior vice president of sales and business development, reporting directly to CEO Karl Schledwitz.
In her new position, Reese will be responsible for shaping both short-term and long-term sales strategies aimed at achieving the company’s ambitious growth targets.
She will primarily focus on expanding the retail private label and national food service segments, drawing on her extensive experience in the packaged foods sector, which spans over two decades.
Before joining Monogram Foods, Reese most recently served as the vice president of sales at Utz Quality Foods, where she was in charge of small format and alternative channels.
Earlier in her career at Utz, she held the role of senior director of trade marketing and revenue management, where she led the sales team through the company’s enterprise resource and third-party trade promotion system implementation.
Reese’s career also includes a variety of sales roles at companies like Daymon and Conagra Brands.
Monogram Foods, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Memphis, is known for producing a wide range of food products including meat snacks, sandwiches, corn dogs, bacon, and baked goods.
The company operates 13 manufacturing facilities across seven states and employs over 4,000 people.
Monogram Foods is also part of Pritzker Private Capital, a firm that partners with mid-market companies in North America across the manufacturing, services, and healthcare industries.
Earlier this year, the company also appointed Larry Elliott, a former Kellogg executive, to head its supply chain operations.
Elliott is tasked with overseeing areas like strategic sourcing, logistics, customer service, and continuous improvement at the company.
