Monogram Foods names Jeff Frank as new CEO

Jeff Frank is set to take over as CEO of Monogram Foods in late April. He replaces Karl Schledwitz, who has led the company for two decades.

USA – Monogram Foods, a producer of meat snacks, frozen appetizers, corn dogs, and other convenience foods, is appointing Jeff Frank as its new chief executive officer.

Frank will officially step into the role on April 28, taking over from Karl Schledwitz, who has led the company since its establishment in 2004.

Schledwitz, a founding member, will remain with Monogram Foods as chairman of the board of directors.

Frank will be based in Memphis and is joining the company from Organic Valley, where he served as CEO.

Announcing the leadership change, Monogram Foods stated that Frank has over 20 years of experience in leading companies toward long-term growth.

Schledwitz said that Frank was the unanimous choice of both the board and executive leadership team.

According to Schledwitz, Frank’s leadership abilities, execution skills, and history of driving business expansion made him the best fit for the position.

Before joining Organic Valley in early 2023, Frank spent 25 years at Hormel Foods, where he held senior leadership roles and was involved in overseeing the company’s largest acquisition.

Frank said he has long respected the work put into building Monogram Foods and is looking forward to working with its team.

He added that the company’s vision, culture, and dedication to its work have been key to its growth.
