USA – Monster Energy has expanded its non-carbonated beverage offerings with the launch of Rehab Monster Green Tea, catering to health-conscious consumers looking for hydration and recovery solutions.
The new drink blends green tea with essential electrolytes and vitamins, making it a versatile option for active individuals.
Rehab Monster Green Tea is designed for consumers who prioritize both energy and wellness.
According to the drinks brand, the latest offering combines 160 mg of caffeine with essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, along with vitamins B3, B5, B6, and B12. With only 15 calories and less than 5g of sugar per 16oz can, it serves as a low-calorie alternative in the highly competitive energy drink market.

According to Allied Market Research, the global green tea market was valued at US$14.8 billion in 2021 and is projected to reach US$29.3 billion by 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.04 percent from 2022 to 2030.
Monster Energy’s new offering taps into this growing segment, aiming to attract consumers seeking healthier energy drink options.
Rehab Monster Green Tea joins other flavours in the Rehab Monster line, including Tea + Lemonade, Peach Tea, Wild Berry Tea, and Strawberry Lemonade
The brand aims to appeal to a wide range of consumers, from athletes looking for post-workout replenishment to casual drinkers seeking a refreshing alternative to traditional carbonated energy drinks.
The drink is now available nationwide in the US at grocery stores and convenience retailers.
The launch of Rehab Monster Green Tea follows the recent introduction of Monster Nitro Cosmic Peach, a flavoured energy drink under Monster’s Additions range.
During Q2 2024, Monster Beverages reported a 2.5 percent increase in net sales, reaching US$1.90 billion, with its energy drinks segment growing by 3.3 percent, contributing US$1.74 billion in sales.
The new product is part of Monster Energy’s ongoing efforts to meet growing consumer demand for flavour variety and healthier alternatives in the energy drink market.
