Available in three flavors, Vanilla, Caramel, and Classic, the concentrate dissolves effortlessly in water or milk.
UK – Nescafé, a globally recognised brand of instant coffee, has introduced its Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range in Europe.
The Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range enables cold coffee lovers to craft their own barista-style iced coffee right from the comfort of their homes.
According to the brand, the UK, traditionally a tea market, now has more regular coffee drinkers (63%) than tea drinkers (59%), in part due to coffee’s versatility.
Axel Touzet, Head of Nestlé’s Coffee Brands Strategic Business Unit, said, “With its growing popularity among younger generations, cold coffee continues to drive growth in the coffee category. Nescafé Espresso Concentrated captures what young people want in an iced coffee: convenience, personalisation and quality.”
He added that the latest innovation has significant growth potential as one of our six ‘big bets’ for 2025. Its annual sales could generate over 100 million Swiss francs globally over the coming years.
The Nescafé Espresso Concentrated range empowers consumers to get creative and make their own, personalised iced beverage, be it a creamy iced latte, a robust iced americano, or even mix it in a refreshing twist with lemonade or juice.
Each bottle of Nescafé Espresso Concentrated contains 16 servings and is available in three flavours: vanilla, caramel and classic.
Nescafé launches new Espresso Concentrate for Iced Coffees
Recently, the brand introduced a new Espresso Concentrate tailored to the growing trend of cold coffee consumption.
With 32 per cent of coffee consumed outside the home being served cold in 2023, Nescafé aims to bring the barista-style iced coffee experience to consumers’ homes.
The Nescafé Espresso Concentrate comes in two flavours: Sweet Vanilla, which offers a touch of sweetness, and Espresso Black, which provides a bold and intense coffee experience.
The liquid coffee concentrates offer customization options, allowing consumers to create creamy iced lattes or robust Americanos according to their preferences.
Made from a blend of quality coffee varieties, the concentrates deliver a rich and bold taste without requiring special equipment or training.
Head of Nestlé’s strategic business unit, Philipp Navratil, said: “Young coffee consumers start drinking their coffee cold. With the Nescafé Espresso Concentrate, we want to capture the growing out-of-home cold coffee trend and bring it in-home, with a quality premium cold coffee, in a convenient, simple, and customisable way.”
