NIGERIA – A new wine, Martelle Cactere, from the stable of Martell, has been added to the growing list of wines and spirits in Nigeria.

The new wine, which was unveiled recently in Lagos, according to the Managing Director, Pernod Ricard Nigeria, Mr.Oliver Fages, is part of company’s commitment to innovation and leadership in the cognac space.

According to him, the new blend, offers style, elegance, complexity and balance for the true man of character, and pays tribute to the spirit of legendary entrepreneur and Martell founder, Jean Martell.

Launched at the grand ballroom, Oriental Hotel, Lagos, amid pomp and style, Fages said the introduction of Martell Caractère into the Nigerian market is in line with the global drive to position the brand uniquely in the minds of its consumers.

Also commenting on the new cognac, Marketing Director, Pernod Ricard Nigeria, Mr. Sola Oke, said the launch of Martell Caractère into the Nigerian market shows the desire of the company to continually satisfy its esteemed consumers.
