Nissin Foods USA welcomes Brian Huff as president and CEO, embarks on expansion plans

USA – Nissin Foods USA, a leading player in the instant ramen market, has appointed Brian Huff as its new President and CEO.

The transition comes as the company announces strategic expansion initiatives, including the establishment of a third manufacturing facility in South Carolina.

Brian Huff, with over two decades of experience in the food industry, takes the reins from Mike Price, who recently retired after serving since 2018.

His extensive career in the food industry spans more than 20 years, featuring leadership roles in companies such as Kellogg Company, Whole Earth Brands, and most recently, Diamond Foods.

As he steps into his new role at Nissin Foods USA, Huff aims to oversee the continued growth of the company and solidify its position as a leader in the instant ramen market.

Huff’s appointment aligns with Nissin Foods’ strategic move to expand its operations, particularly with the establishment of a third manufacturing facility in South Carolina.

This expansion is a testament to the company’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for its products, reinforcing its position in the market.

In addition to leading Nissin Foods’ US division, Brian Huff will play a pivotal role in advancing the global initiatives of the Nissin Foods Group.

This includes contributing to the Earth Food Challenge 2030, a significant aspect of the company’s long-term environmental strategy.

Yukio Yokoyama, Chief Strategy Officer of Nissin Foods Group, emphasized the continued priority of the US market for Nissin Foods.

“With products experiencing unprecedented growth in demand, the appointment of Brian Huff is seen as a strategic move to lead the company’s US operations,” he said.

“Huff’s leadership and proven experience in growing brands within the food and beverage industry are expected to bring significant value to Nissin Foods USA.”

In response to his appointment, Brian Huff expressed enthusiasm for joining Nissin Foods, a brand with a rich heritage and an entrepreneurial spirit driving relentless innovation.

He looks forward to working alongside the impressive team of professionals at Nissin Foods USA, steering the company into a new chapter of growth and opportunity.
