USA – Omaha Steaks, a well-known purveyor of gourmet meats, has entered a new partnership with Circa Resort & Casino’s Project BBQ in Las Vegas, marking its debut in the city.
This collaboration introduces Omaha Steaks’ signature whiskey-marinated steaks to the dining scene at Project BBQ, a popular food truck located at the Fremont Street Experience.
This partnership is highlighted by a co-branded establishment that offers visitors a chance to enjoy Omaha Steaks’ products in downtown Las Vegas.
The food truck, known for its Carolina-style barbecue, will now feature a selection of Omaha Steaks meats, including whiskey-marinated steaks, Tomahawk ribeyes, brisket, Italian sausage, and chicken thighs.
This development positions Project BBQ as the only location in Las Vegas where these exclusive Omaha Steaks offerings are available.
Nate Rempe, President and CEO of Omaha Steaks, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that it provides an opportunity to reach customers directly in a vibrant city.
He emphasized the innovative aspect of the collaboration, which aims to deliver Omaha Steaks’ renowned quality to a broader audience.
Rob Baker, the owner of Project BBQ, echoed this sentiment, stating that the partnership aligns with the food truck’s commitment to serving high-quality barbecue.
He added that featuring Omaha Steaks products enhances the dining experience for the thousands of visitors who frequent Fremont Street each year.
In addition to the offerings at the food truck, guests at Circa can also enjoy the Omaha Steaks menu at the world’s largest sportsbook within the resort.
The collaboration includes a special “Circa Sports Champion’s Package,” a VIP platter that showcases a variety of Omaha Steaks products.
