Opal Pets, Zesty Paws launch pet supplements
USA— Opal Pets, a leading manufacturer of vegan nutrition products for animals, has officially announced the launch of Perfect Powder, a complete vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement that supports balanced plant-based nutrition for adult dogs.
Formulated with organic Canadian sea kelp and Omega 3s sourced from algae, Perfect Powder provides calcium, B vitamins, amino acids, L-carnitine, taurine and other essential nutrients dogs need. According to Opal Pets, the supplement is developed by experts in canine nutrition.
Each order of the new supplement powder comes with a free digital cookbook, which features homemade dog food recipes.

Zesty Paws launches cat supplements
Zesty Paws expanded its supplement portfolio with the launch of three cat supplements: Hemp Elements Plus Calming Bites, Hemp Elements Plus Hairball Bites and Aller-Immune Bites.
Two of the supplements contain CBD created in partnership with CBDistillery, a distributor and retailer of hemp-derived CBD.
The Hemp Elements Plus Calming Bites are formulated with broad-spectrum hemp extract, offering 3 mgs of CBD for every two chews.
The heart-shaped, bacon-flavored supplement also contains L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, chamomile, ashwagandha, melatonin and valerian root to help promote calmness in cats.
The Hemp Elements Plus Hairball Bites are formulated with broad-spectrum hemp, offering 3 mgs per two chews, as well as Microcrystalline Cellulose, psyllium, fish oil and a proprietary immune and skin health blend.
The heart-shaped, bacon-flavored supplement can help minimize hairball formation and support gut, immune and skin health in cats.
The Aller-Immune Bites are formulated with astragalus root, L-Lysine and EpiCor Pets, a postbiotic. By providing antioxidants, the supplement can help promote immune health, ensure normal histamine levels and alleviate seasonal allergies in cats. The Aller-Immune Bites for cats are available in a bacon flavor.
