Demand for emulsfiers projected to grow

Michael is joining the company at a time when emulsifiers are in high demand globally.

The global emulsifiers market is expected to register a CAGR of ~6.4% to reach over USD 6.5 billion by the end of 2025, according to Market Research Future.

The growth of the global emulsifiers market is driven by the increasing use of emulsifiers in food products such as cereals, infant & child nutrition products, ready-to-eat meals & snacks, desserts, and others.

Additionally, the growing demand for packaged food products on account of convenience and improved shelf life is contributing to this growth.

The company addresses this growing demand through its specialised emulsifiers (and emulsifier/stabiliser systems, which it says improve the quality and extend the shelf-life of  food products.

Its specialized emulsifiers are suitable for bakery, confectionery, condiments, dairy, ice cream, margarine and meat products.

The company is currently the world’s only commercial source of fully sustainable, emulsifiers based on RSPO SG-certified palm oil and produced by CO2-neutral factories in Denmark, the Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, China and Malaysia.
