UK – Halo Foods, a snack bar manufacturer, has been acquired by an affiliate of private equity firm Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private investment firm, in partnership with the management team of Halo.

The acquisition of Halo Foods Ltd represents Peak Rock’s eleventh investment in the food and beverage industry in recent years.
