BRAZIL – Prinova, a subsidiary of the NAGASE Group, has acquired Aplinova, a provider of specialty ingredients for a wide range of food market segments.
As stated by Prinova, the acquisition aligns with the increasing demand for functional and healthy ingredients among consumers.
It added that Aplinova was a company that shares its passion for innovation and commitment to meet the needs of customers and end-consumers.

Richard replaces Don Thorp, who will retire following a successful 42-year tenure leading the business.

His career includes leadership roles at Unilever, JohnsonDiversey, and Vantage Specialty Chemicals, and most recently, he served as CEO of Voyant Beauty.
