Promasidor Nigeria Ltd. appoints Dr. Udoma-Eniang as new Corporate Affairs & IDF Director

NIGERIA – Promasidor Nigeria Limited has appointed Dr. Eno Udoma-Eniang as its Corporate Affairs & IDF Director. 

Dr. Udoma-Eniang brings a wealth of experience to the role, joining from Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (9Mobile), where she excelled in various leadership capacities, including her most recent role as Head of Government and Legislative Affairs.

There, she played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s corporate, regulatory, and policy interests.

With a career spanning over three decades, Dr. Udoma-Eniang has garnered extensive multinational and multi-jurisdictional experience. 

Her expertise covers a wide range of functions, including legal practice, social responsibility, corporate and regulatory affairs, and commercial legal management. 

Her professional journey has seen her contribute to prestigious law firms such as Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie in Nigeria and Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah in Ghana. 

She has also held significant positions in the banking and telecommunications sectors, working with UBA Trustees and Econet Wireless Nigeria, now known as Airtel Nigeria.

Dr. Udoma-Eniang’s leadership credentials are further solidified by her active roles in key industry bodies. 

She has chaired the Legal & Regulatory Committee of the Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria (ALTON) and currently serves as the 2nd Vice Chairman of the Committee of Legal Advisers & Company Secretaries of the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA). 

Her extensive background in leadership, stakeholder management, communications, corporate governance, and advocacy will be invaluable to Promasidor Nigeria’s leadership team.

Academically, Dr. Udoma-Eniang is distinguished by her dual B.L degrees from the Nigerian Law School and Ghana School of Law. 

She also holds an MBA in Consultancy Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and an Executive MBA and DBA from EMAS Business School, Eurasia. 

Additionally, she is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, a Chartered Secretary and Administrator, a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and an associate member of the International Management Academy (IMA).

Promasidor Nigeria Limited, headquartered in Isolo, Lagos, is a leading supplier of consumer packaged goods.
