UAE – Pure Harvest Smart Farms, a UAE-based agribusiness known for its sustainable, tech-driven production of fresh produce, has introduced its own line of all-natural tomato sauces.

The new range, which uses locally grown tomatoes, will initially be available exclusively at Spinneys and Waitrose stores across the UAE for a two-month period before expanding to additional retailers.

The new product line offers a variety of flavors, each designed to deliver a distinct culinary experience.

One of the standout options is the Cherry Tomato Passata, a smooth and velvety sauce that captures the pure, natural flavors of vine-ripened cherry tomatoes that are slow-roasted for optimal taste.

Another option, the Shakshuka sauce, draws inspiration from Middle Eastern cuisine, blending the rich flavors of vine-ripened tomatoes, sweet bell peppers, and aromatic spices to create an authentic base.

For those seeking a more traditional taste, the Marinara sauce offers a simple, classic flavor, achieved by simmering tomatoes with fragrant basil and oregano.

Lastly, the Chili Cherry Tomato sauce adds a spicy twist, with the subtle heat of chili and cayenne pepper blending with the freshness of tomatoes.

The sauces are crafted without added sugars or artificial ingredients, relying entirely on Pure Harvest’s award-winning, sustainably farmed tomatoes.

In a bid to minimize food waste, the company will use visually imperfect or surplus seasonal tomatoes to create the sauces.

This not only reduces waste within their production process but also contributes to the sustainability of their value chain.

The sauces will be available at Spinneys starting October 31st, with prices ranging from approximately US$4.06 to US$7.50.

These new offerings are competitively priced within the UAE’s sauce market, making them an affordable yet high-quality option for consumers.

Sky Kurtz, the founder and CEO of Pure Harvest Smart Farms, expressed pride in the company’s relationship with customers and the support it has received over the years.
