The campaign is a testament to SBL’s unwavering dedication to its primary and secondary business associates, offering them substantial incentives, cashback rewards, and exclusive discounts on the purchase and promotion of SBL’s renowned beer and spirits brands.
Through ‘Jibambe Kibabe,’ Serengeti Breweries Limited has set its sights on more than 6,000 bars, stockists, wholesalers, bar staff, and customers, spanning over 1,500 bars nationwide.
In a substantial commitment to the campaign’s success, SBL has allocated over 2 billion Tanzanian Shillings, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to supporting communities and driving positive change.
This initiative embodies SBL’s mission to make a lasting impact and enhance the well-being of the people it serves, underscoring the company’s dedication to social responsibility and the betterment of society as a whole.
Mr. Abuu John, the Manager of a bar in the Tegeta area of Dar es Salaam, noted the significant boost in sales attributed to the campaign.
“In business, fluctuations in sales are inevitable, but the campaign has significantly boosted our revenue,” he noted.
The ‘Jibambe Kibabe’ campaign has not only delivered benefits to distributors, wholesalers, stockists, and bar owners but has also proven to be a game-changer for the hardworking waitstaff in the industry.
Additionally, the campaign has not overlooked enhancing consumer experiences, offering appealing sharable bucket deals for both beer and spirits, thereby elevating overall customer engagement and satisfaction.
As distributors, wholesalers, stockists, and bar owners experienced a surge in customer demand for products associated with ‘Jibambe Kibabe,’ this translated into increased opportunities for waitstaff to earn substantial commissions per sale, ultimately improving their livelihoods.
“Since the campaign began, I can confidently say that I go home every day with enough money to meet my daily household needs.” Zabibu Iddy, a waitress at one of the bars in Tegeta, Dar es Salaam, stated while sharing her life-changing experience.
SBL’s ‘Jibambe Kibabe’ campaign represents a holistic approach to empowerment, impacting various stakeholders within the industry.
By investing in this initiative, SBL demonstrates its commitment to not only providing high-quality products but also creating opportunities and fostering positive growth within Tanzania’s business landscape.
