Schweppes International appoints Elisa Doldron as General Manager for Caribbean Operations 

Elisa Doldron becomes the first local General Manager for Schweppes International Caribbean, bringing over 25 years of FMCG industry experience.

NORTH AMERICA – Schweppes International Limited (SIL), a subsidiary of Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, has appointed Elisa Doldron as General Manager Caribbean, effective April 1, 2025.  

She will be based in Trinidad and Tobago and report to Thierry Bazoche, General Manager Africa & Caribbean. 

Doldron brings over 25 years of experience in the beverage and consumer goods industry. Before joining SIL, she spent more than 16 years at Nestlé in the Caribbean, most recently serving as Regional Business Executive Officer at the MLT level.  

In this role, she oversaw business growth across various fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) segments, including beverages, coffee, and plant-based products. 

She joined SIL’s Caribbean team in November 2023 as Head of Business Growth, leading business development and supporting the local team in driving sustainable expansion. Her expertise in strategic planning and leadership has positioned her well for her new role. 

Commenting on the appointment, Alina Nickolson Vera Rojas, COO of Schweppes International Limited and Head of Transformation at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, said: “We are delighted to welcome Elisa as our new General Manager for the Caribbean. SIL operates in over 50 markets across five continents, partnering with nearly 100 customers and managing a diverse portfolio, including brands such as Orangina, Pulco, and Schweppes.
