Her most recent position as Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance and Commercialization at Church’s Texas Chicken underscored her ability to lead on a global scale.
Prior to this, she held significant roles at prominent food industry players such as Little Caesar Enterprises and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, refining her skills in vendor management, customer satisfaction, and supply chain leadership.
Bongo-Box’s career started at Tyson Foods, where she managed multiple in-house laboratories as a microbiologist, giving her a unique perspective on the industry.
Intriguingly, Bongo-Box commenced her career as a microbiologist at Tyson Foods, where she managed the organization’s 70 in-house laboratories.
This foundational experience in microbiology provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to blend scientific acumen with executive leadership, thereby offering a comprehensive approach to the challenges faced by the food industry.
