Krispy Kreme collabs with Good Humor, Popsicle on new donuts
Krispy Kreme, Inc. has debuted iconic new line of donuts, inspired by summertime favorite ice cream truck treats from Good Humor and Popsicle.
Popsicle Firecracker inspired donut — An Original Glazed donut with icing inspired by Popsicle Firecracker, dipped in blue raspberry sugar, then topped with dollops of flavored Kreme inspired by Popsicle Firecracker.
Vanilla King Cone inspired donut — A donut filled with vanilla custard Kreme, dipped in chocolate icing, and topped with a blend of sugar cone pieces and chopped peanuts with a drizzle of chocolate icing.
Creamsicle inspired donut — A donut filled with vanilla custard Kreme, with icing inspired by Creamsicle and topped with a drizzle of white icing and mini sprinkles.
All three treats, inspired by summertime favorites from Good Humor and Popsicle, are now available for a limited time at participating shops across the U.S.
Kodiak Cakes introduces Thin and Crispy cookies
Kodiak Cakes recently expanded its product portfolio with the launch of Thin and Crispy cookies.
The baked good — available in Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Walnut and Oatmeal Raisin flavors — is made with 100% whole grains. Each variety contains 5 grams of protein per serving.
The Thin and Crispy cookies reflect the company’s push to produce snack products that promote a healthy diet.
A 6.3-oz bag of Kodiak Thin and Crispy cookies is available on the company’s website, www.kodiakcakes.com, and can be purchased at Kroger and Stop & Shop stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of US$4.99.
TSUMo Snacks takes cannabis-infused snacking to a higher level
TSUMo Snacks, a maker of cannabis-infused salty snack offerings, has introduced shareable 5-oz bags of its tortilla rounds and cheese crunchers containing 100 mg of THC.
The offering comes in Hint of Lime, Zesty Ranch, Fiery Hot, Classic Cheese and Salsa Verde flavors, which were previously only available in snack bags with 10 mg of THC. The company will also roll out Chili Limon and Nacho Cheese flavors in August.
The 100 mg bags are available online and in Northern California dispensaries and sell for US$16.
