USA – Stryve Foods is introducing four new meat snacks under its Stryve and Vacadillos brands to cater to the increasing consumer demand for high-protein, clean-label products.
The latest offerings include Stryve Original Brisket Slices and two grass-fed variations of its original and hickory flavors, branded as Stryve Grass-Fed Original and Stryve Grass-Fed Hickory.
Additionally, the company is launching Vacadillos Carne Asada, a smoky and bold addition to its existing selection.
According to Stryve, incorporating grass-fed beef in its original and hickory flavors aligns with the growing preference for sustainably sourced, minimally processed protein options.
The Brisket Slices, on the other hand, provide a tender and savory alternative for consumers looking for variety in their meat snacks.
Stryve Foods’ Chief Commercial Officer Katie Brenner stated that as more people seek protein-rich and health-conscious snacks, the company remains committed to offering nutritious and flavorful products.
CEO Chris Boever added that the latest product expansion aligns with evolving consumer preferences, emphasizing Stryve’s focus on delivering high-quality snacks that fit into modern, health-focused lifestyles.
The newly launched products will be showcased at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California, before becoming available to retailers across the country.
The product expansion comes shortly after the company secured additional retail partnerships to increase its distribution footprint.
In February, Stryve announced that its air-dried meat snacks would be stocked in major grocery and convenience chains, including Kroger, Key Foods, Save Mart, Yesway, Allsup’s, HomeGoods, Energy North, and GreenChef.
The company also strengthened its presence in existing retail outlets such as Hy-Vee, Cub Foods, New Seasons Market, Timewise, Family Express, and Hot Spot.
Beyond retail growth, Stryve is also working to enhance its supply chain through a partnership with Dot Foods, which was announced in October and is set to take effect in November 2024.
The agreement with Dot Foods is expected to improve delivery efficiency and logistics for Stryve’s three brands: Stryve, Vacadillos, and Kalahari.
Boever explained that the collaboration aims to enhance service for retail partners while creating a foundation for future distribution expansion.
Looking ahead, Stryve confirmed plans to introduce its products to a major national retailer in early 2025, though the company has not yet disclosed which retailer it will partner with.
If finalized, this expansion could bring Stryve’s products to thousands of new store locations across the United States in the first quarter of 2025.
