Brabender launches new improved viscometer with focus on speed and efficiency

CANADA – Laboratory equipment manufacturer, Brabender, is set to release into the market a new viscometer ‘ViscoQuick’- with improved performance. Touted as being able to deliver rapid and straightforward measurements, the new viscometer can be used for starch-based products, as well as a diverse range of viscous and pasty masses including baked goods, noodles, confectionery, and gourmet foods.
