Moët Hennessy, Campari partner to build a European ecommerce platform for wines and spirits

US – French-based premium alcoholic manufacturer Moët Hennessy and maker of Italian alcoholic liqueurs Campari Group have partnered to build a European eCommerce platform for wines and spirits. Campari acquires stake in alcoholic beverage e-commerce platform Tannico

ITALY – Campari Group has signed an agreement with Tannico S.p.A., an Italian e-commerce platform for wines and premium spirits to acquire a 49% stake in the retailer in a transaction valued at €23.4 million, enhancing the spirits company’s digital capabilities. ITALY – Italian drinks company, Campari Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire its current French distributor Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution.
