Instant noodles maker Dufil unveils Series 3 and 4 Commercial Papers to support short term funding needs

NIGERIA – Dufil Prima Foods Plc, Nigeria’s pioneer, and largest producer of instant noodles has announced the issuance of its N30 billion (US$78.7m) Series 3 & 4 Commercial Paper Notes under its Commercial Paper Issuance Programme. Indomie noodles maker in Ghana Dufil acquires processing facility from Blow Chem Industries

GHANA – Ghanaian manufacturer of Yum-mie Noodles brand, Blow Chem Industries has sold its noodle division to Indomie brand owner, De United Food Industries Ghana Limited (DUFIL). Indomie maker buys two Dangote noodles plants for US$12m

NIGERIA – Dangote Noodles Limited, a unit of Nigerian company Dangote Flour Mills, has sold two production lines in Ikorodu and Calabar, to rival pasta maker De United Foods Industries, maker of Indomie Noodles. The transaction is valued at 3.75 billion naira ($12.26 million). De United said it has signed an agreement with Dangote Noodles to buy the plants. It would also buy stock worth 383.94 million naira.
