MEXICO – Grupo Lala, Mexico’s leading dairy company has announced that Mauricio Leyva will be stepping down as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective December 31, 2019. Grupo Lala has appointed former CEO and current member of its Board of Directors Arquímedes Celis Ordaz as the interim CEO. MEXICO – Mexico’s dairy company Grupo Lala has named former AB InBev executive Mauricio Leyva Arboleda as its new CEO, replacing current chief executive Scot Rank as of 1 September 2018. Arla Foods exits Brazilian dairy company, sells stake Grupo Lala

BRAZIL – Arla Foods has divested its 8% share in the company to Grupo LaLa, following a change in ownership of the Brazilian largest dairy company Vigor S.A.
