TUNISIA – Spanish flavour and fragrance company, Iberchem Group has opened a new production center in Tunisia under its flavour division known as Scentium. The new facility, located at the country’s capital Tunis, covers nearly 700 square metres and is fully equipped for the production of liquid and powder flavours as well as emulsions, reports Foodbev. Scentium Flavors invests US$2.2m in Spanish facility expansion

SPAIN – Scentium, the flavor division of global fragrance manufacturer Iberchem has invested US$2.2 million (2 million Euros) to boost production capacity at its facility located in Alhama de Murcia, Spain. The investment is expected to result into significant improvements and expansions at the plant with a goal to increase the flavour offerings of the company by almost 40%.
