SAUDI ARABIA – Tanmiah Food Company, a leading Saudi Arabian halal food brand, has proudly announced that its poultry facility has achieved the prestigious AA+ rating from the BRCGS International Certification.

This notable accomplishment sets Tanmiah apart in the food industry, underscoring the company’s steadfast commitment to maintaining exceptional food safety and quality standards.

The BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety is a globally recognized benchmark for excellence in the food sector. 

Based in London, the BRCGS team ensures that suppliers comply with stringent safety and quality protocols. 

Tanmiah’s distinction as the first fresh chicken producer in Saudi Arabia to attain an AA+ rating in an unannounced audit and evaluation highlights its leadership in the industry. 

This achievement reflects Tanmiah’s rigorous and consistent adherence to the highest standards.

The unannounced audit programme is designed to evaluate a facility’s day-to-day operational standards and practices, ensuring continuous adherence to BRCGS’s stringent criteria. 

These audits cover various aspects, including food safety management, site standards, product control, process control, and personnel hygiene.
