GHANA – Voltic Limited, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, has announced the appointment of Allen Ofosua-Appiah as the new Country Sales & Marketing Manager.  

Allen, who joined Voltic in February 2012, has held various roles within the company, including Trade Marketing Representative, Area Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and National Sales Manager.  

His contributions have significantly expanded Voltic’s footprint, and he has mentored many Sales Representatives who have advanced within the company.  

Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Ghana and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from GIMPA. 

In addition to Allen’s appointment, Voltic Limited has also appointed Sylvia Esi Yawson as the new Country Human Resources Manager.  

Sylvia joined Voltic in 2015 as a graduate trainee and progressed through several roles, including HR Administrator, HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Manager, and Employee Relations & Experience Manager.  

She holds a Philosophy & Sociology degree from the University of Cape Coast and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP). 

Both Allen and Sylvia step into their new roles in a company that has been refreshing consumers in Ghana for over two decades with its natural mineral water and value-added products.  

Voltic has built a strong reputation for quality, with its water brand winning the Water Brand of the Year award at the Ghana Beverages Awards in 2019, 2020, and 2023.  

The company operates two production plants in Medie and Akwadum, employing over 599 people. 

According to the company’s LinkedIn profile, Voltic ltd is the only water company in Ghana with an ISO Certification.
