USA – PepsiCo, the American food and beverage giant behind the Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana brands has popped into the new year with multiple launches across some of its leading food and beverage brands.

The company has brought a new twist into its Mountain Dew, Cheetos and Doritos brands looking to provide adventurous consumers with a range of new products.

Mountain Dew with Zero Sugar

PepsiCo has introduced the new Mountain Dew Zero Sugar, one of the latest additions to its portfolio, touted as a new product that offers all the bold charge and flavor of the original Mountain Dew, now without any sugar.

The zero-calories beverage targets consumers who are looking for carbonated beverages with reduced sugar levels. It is flavoured with acesulfame potassium, aspartame and sucralose, and contains 133 mg of caffeine per 20 fl oz serving.

Nicole Portwood, Vice President of Marketing, Mountain Dew said:”This is a big moment for DEW. We are excited to give customers a zero-sugar offering.

“Because our fans are uncompromising with the DEW they know and love, we knew we had to pull off a formulation that would preserve the great taste of the original,”

“Mountain Dew Zero Sugar delivers on a bold flavor and ever-evolving consumer preferences.”

The beverage will be available in 20 oz. bottles, 2 liter bottles, 12-packs of 12 oz. cans and a variety of other single and multipack sizes in stores nationwide as of Monday, January 13.

The launch of the new ready-to-eat Cheetos Popcorn marks the first time ever that popcorn has been infused with Cheetle.
